Jacob Adkisson has worked in HR since 2012 across manufacturing, mining, and construction. Today he leads People Operations for a multi-state manufacturer, where he built the HR function from the ground up, covering compliance, recruiting, compensation, leave, safety training, and leadership development across three states.

He founded ENDVR (pronounced "Endeavor") Consulting in 2019 to give smaller employers the same senior-level HR guidance larger companies take for granted. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from The University of Texas at Tyler and a certification in Organizational Development and Leadership.

At ENDVR, he makes sure every client has a responsive, well-organized experience from the first call to the final deliverable. Connecting with people and getting the details right are what he enjoys most.
